Our Sewing Process:
We begin working with you once you’ve finalized your product design and created a prototype. You’ll provide us with a technical pack (TP) containing detailed specifications such as:
- Garment construction
- Basic components
- Fabric and trim composition and specifications
- Sizing system
- Decorative elements
- Individual labeling and packaging requirements
A current sample, produced according to the TP, is also essential.
The technical pack is a critical document in the fashion industry. It serves as a comprehensive guide, bridging the gap between your design and technical teams and our production facility. It provides all the necessary information to produce your garments in the required quantities.
For orders requiring only our printing services, we offer a range of pre-made products in various colors and sizes from our own inventory. To begin, please provide the artwork that meets our technical specifications.
We also need a technical drawing (mockup) detailing the placement of decorative elements for sample creation and your final approval.
Stages of Custom Clothing Development and Production
Product Development
The initial phase of product development involves comprehensive research and analysis. A deep dive into current fashion trends and market demands is crucial. This enables you to create designs that are both timely and in high demand. By gathering inspiration, exploring global marketplaces, and brainstorming with our team, you develop a concept for your future collections.
The design stage involves crafting inspiring sketches. Your designers produce technical drawings that encompass all necessary details. Subsequently, you select fabrics, trims, and potential decorative elements. Our company boasts an in-house production of knitwear and operates one of Vietnam’s most advanced garment and textile printing facilities. As such, our specialists can assist in fabric selection aligned with the design concept and technical specifications.
Once all parameters are approved, a prototype must be produced. This process demands precise replication of the design’s vision. Smaller, local workshops are often ideal for this stage, enabling meticulous attention to detail, swift adjustments, and ensuring the final product meets expectations. Multiple iterations may be necessary to achieve the desired fit, seams, and embellishments. The final prototype is a pivotal step, allowing to identify potential issues before mass production.
Mass Apparel Production
Once a sample has been created and approved by you, all relevant information is consolidated into a comprehensive technical pack. Upon receiving both the sample and the Tech Pack, our specialists can efficiently prepare your garments for mass production. At this stage, we manage all resources to ensure a seamless process. From automated cutting to sewing, we meticulously oversee every step, minimizing errors and guaranteeing high-quality output.
Our dedicated quality control team conducts inspections at all stages of production. Every cut piece is marked, and rigorous checks are carried out on sewing lines and printing departments. We meticulously examine each finished garment to ensure it meets our exacting standards.
