• We do not provide clothing design, conceptual collection development, or brand identity creation services.
• We do not offer estimates based on images of similar products or provide approximate pricing. Final pricing is calculated based on the product’s technical documentation, also known as a Tech Pack (TP), and a ready-made sample, if available. For more details, please refer to our “How we work” page.
• Advance planning is crucial for timely production. Please consider fabric production times, sewing line and printing shop booking dates, as well as international shipping times when planning production and sales.
• When order the “Printing only” service, we use our stock of blank garments. This significantly reduces production time. A complete catalog of garments and the current quantity of items in available colors and sizes will be provided upon order confirmation.
• Our primary goal is to streamline the production of your items (sewing and/or printing), ensure high quality, and deliver on time. The more detailed information you provide, the faster we can start working with you!
