Minimum Order Quantity
For wholesale manufacturing services, the minimum order quantity is as follows:
- Cut and Sew (CM/CMPT): 5,000 units per model.
- Full Package (FOB), using our fabrics and accessories: 2,000 units per model per color.
This requirement is due to the need to maximize production efficiency. Please ensure your order is sufficiently large for us to offer competitive pricing.
Technical Documentation
Prior to initiating the production process, it is crucial to prepare comprehensive technical documentation. This documentation should encompass the following:
- Product Description: A detailed description of the garment or accessory, including its name and type.
- Sketches: Detailed design drawings of the product, along with sample photographs.
- Fabrics: Composition and technical specifications of both the primary and decorative fabrics.
- Measurements: Size charts with detailed measurements for various sizes.
- Construction Features: Basic construction elements, non-standard design solutions, and specific requirements.
- Patterns: Information regarding patterns, layout details for automated cutting, and tolerance ranges.

The Process
- Consultation: In the initial stage, we will discuss all aspects of your order. Your requirements and preferences will be carefully considered.
- Technical Documentation Review: A thorough review of your technical specifications and sketches is essential. This stage involves the agreement on all details to prevent any changes at later stages. A crucial component is the Costing Sheet (CS), which provides a cost estimate for each product.
- Prototype Creation: We will produce a sample (Fit Sample) and send it to you for approval. This is a critical step that allows you to visualize how our specialists and technologists can produce the final product based on your technical documentation.
- Garment Production: Upon approval of the samples, we will commence mass production. Our production lines are capable of producing up to 800,000 units per month, and we employ state-of-the-art cutting and sewing equipment to ensure the highest quality.
- Quality Control: Quality checks are conducted at various stages of the production process. A final inspection, performed by you, guarantees that you receive the exact product you ordered.
